Actress Lucy Liu is stepping up and speaking on behalf of HRC’s New Yorkers For Marriage Equality.

As a Queen’s native, she reminds everyone that New York has always been about “diversity and acceptance”, but we’d like to remind everyone that those are some of the core principles that the United States of America was founded upon!

We’re supposed to be a FREE country with the guaranteed RIGHT for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Yet, a significant population of U.S. citizens are not allowed to pursue their dreams of a legal marriage with the person that they love and wish to spend the rest of their lives together.

This has to CHANGE!
