Disney MAY Have Found Their New Wicked Witch Of The East!

Last month, we were pleased to hear that both Hilary Swank and Michelle Williams were up for the role of the Wicked Witch of the East in Disney/Sam Raimi’s upcoming film Oz: The Great and Powerful.

Both actresses seemed like great choices, but now we’ve learned that Rachel Weisz is currently in negotiations to play the role in the sort-of-prequel to The Wizard of Oz, which also stars James Franco as Oz, and Mila Kunis as the Wicked With of the West.

We could get behind Rachel for this role. She could DEF pull it off!

Such a great cast! We’re getting increasingly excited for this one.

What do U think of Rachel Weisz as the Wicked Witch of the East? Is she right for the part?
