Scarlett Johansson and Sean Penn have reportedly ended their brief, but romantic relationship. Their reps declined to comment on why the couple split, but speculation that they would part ways started swirling after ScarJo wasn’t on Sean’s arm at the Cannes Film Festival last month.

Ah, well! Cie la vie! On to the next ingenue, right Sean?
