Kelly Rowland was spotted chilling with Beyonce on the set of Queen B’s new video for her third single Party from her latest album 4. Kelly was wearing a sparkling pink jacket and shorts while Beyonce was wearing a black leotard, bunny ears, and a yellow fur jacket.
