Dr. Conrad Murray's Jury Will Not Be Sequestered

Conrad Murray

As we previously mentioned, Dr. Conrad Murray, who is going on trial for his part in the death of Michael Jackson, had requested that the jury on his case be sequestered.

He is afraid that the massive amount of media coverage might sway the jurors’ opinions. And seeing how just about everyone EVER is an M.J. fan he might be right!

Well none of that matters because Judge Michael Pastor has ruled that the jury will not be sequestered. He feels that they will have sufficient measure to keep the jurors from being harassed or contaminated by outside sources. Mainly by having them take their meals in the jury room as opposed to the surrounding open lunch areas.

Even though it is expensive to sequester a jury, Judge Pastor said money is not the issue.

Really? Because there are some M.J. fans out there screaming for blood.

Maybe they’re even in the jury box…
