Chalk another role for Jessica Chastain!
As reported earlier, Chastain has been cast as Tom Cruise‘s main squeeze in his upcoming sci-fi flick. Now the actress will be protraying none other than Princess Diana in a dark thriller highlighting her steamy affair with Dr. Hansat Kahn. Juicy!
Caught in Flight will show Princess Di in a darker light as she chases after Kahn in the aftermath of their affair broken off months before her death. The film is in competition with two other biopics on the former princess, with names like Charlize Theron, Ewan McGregor, Keira Knightley and Dame Helen Mirren attached to the other films.
Chastain will be flaunting a British accent and cutting and dying her beautiful locks (boo!) to match Princess Di. With her string of recent and new roles, the actress is showing incredible range and she is not afraid to take on darker roles.
