ZOMG YAY!
In a very cool move, Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross have released six tracks from The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo soundtrack, which will be released next Friday.
The team worked over a year to create an impressive 39-song soundtrack that will create the dark and intense mood for the upcoming film.
Reznor wrote on his official website about the pre-order and the six tracks:
“We laughed, we cried, we lost our minds and in the process made some of the most beautiful and disturbing music of our careers. The result is a sprawing three-hour opus that I am happy to announce is available for pre-order right now for as low as $11.99. The full release will be available in one week – December 9th.”
The gentlemen also created the score behind the film’s eight minute trailer.
