The diva paid $465,000 on a small, 190 square foot cabana in a Miami condo complex in 2002, basically to use as a beachfront room adjacent to the pool, but apparently, she has sold it off for a mere $110,000 – 75% less than its original fee!
Brutal, right?!
Well, about as brutal as it can be for someone with the finances to pay almost $500k for a glorified changing room!
