These are the people who make you smile and create the magic in the Disney theme parks from East to West.
The Walt Disney Company has released their own It Gets Better video, featuring some of the gay and lesbian cast members from their parks. These brave men and women volunteered to come forward to share their message of hope and resilience with the next generation.
