Absolutely, positively nothing.
This past fall, the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department decided they were getting kind of bored, so they went ahead and reopened the case of Natalie Wood’s mystery death for attention. It’s long been a theory that her death was actually not an accident in which she fell over the side of a yacht and drowned, but that she was in fact murdered by someone on board.
But guess what folks? Even after 30 years, this one remains a mystery to investigators. According to officials, NOTHING new has been found in the past few months to provide any details on her death or lead detectives to think her loss was anything more than an accident.
Still, the case hasn’t been closed yet. There are still some on the force who refuse to lose hope, who insist that something more can be learned and uncovered about poor Nat Wood’s demise.
To them they say: a tip of the hat to you, Columbo! Here’s hoping you can make history!
