What an exciting opportunity for the Scherz!
Last we heard from Andrew Lloyd Webber, he was still making the effort to bring his Phantom of the Opera sequel to New York.
Now, we’ve learned that Andrew is courting Nicole Scherzinger to judge his new ITV1 show Superstar, which is being described as follows:
“A brand new show that will give the British public the chance to choose the country├óΓé¼Γäós next major rock star.”
Here’s what a source had to say about Andrew’s efforts to sign Scherzy onto the show:
“Andrew is obsessed with Nicole – he thinks the world of her. As soon as he got the nod his new show was going to happen, Nicole was his number one target. He’s got a great working relationship with her and Nicole hugely respects his work.”
Sounds like a perfect match! And given Nicole’s history with Andrew’s show Phantom, we’d say she’ll probably be ECSTATIC for this exciting opportunity…if her schedule is open, that is.
