Bieber Hits Up France!

Justin Bieber showed up to the NRJ Awards at Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France on Saturday showing off his new darker ‘do and ridiculous blue jacket.
The Biebs flashed his pearly whites as he crossed the red carpet, not worrying one bit what anyone thought of his outfit. LOL.
No, but srsly, he can totally get away with it, so who cares?!
It was a good night for Justin. He ended up taking home the NRJ Award of Honor.
