Well that’s a massive stinker!
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ Taylor Armstrong and her late husband Russell Armstrong were sued by MyMedicalRecords.com because they supposedly breached their contract by scamming money to fund their “lavish lifestyle.”
Taylor and her lover-lawyer John Bluher tried to get the case dismissed, but according to the Judge handling the legal drama:
“[Taylor]has not met its burden of proof… All the circumstances existing at the time of the making of the contract are considered, including the relationship that the damages proved in the contract bear to the range of harm that reasonably could be anticipated at the time of the making of the contract.”
Hmm. We can’t even pretend to know what that means! But perhaps her pro-bonero lawyer can sort through the legal jargon and get this whole mess straightened out??
Oh Tay, we hope you rid yourself of all these nasty self-imposed theatrics soon!
