Or at least that’s what the video game developers suing Beyoncé for $100 million dollars are arguing!!
They claim she backed out of a contract she had already agreed to and, as a result, they were forced to lay off 70 employees.
Her legal team insists she had no obligation to collaborate on making Starpower: Beyoncé with Gate Five because the developers never actually secured adequate financing for the project.
Hmmm.
We├óΓé¼Γäóre not sure what to believe… but the New York Judge allowing the case to proceed already gave a preliminary opinion. He says Beyonc├â┬⌐ should have given more notice before leaving the company high and dry.
Ruh-roh! We wonder if Jay-Z will loan her some dough!?
