It’s as if destiny itself knew what was best for such a glorious evening, as Pink was the original performer scheduled. But poor Pinkie came down with a stomach flu and had to cancel, opening the spot for Glee‘s personification of perfection!
Darren tweet-tweeted the news himself, saying:

It’s actually going to be a very gleeful night for the prez, because he’s scheduled for a Ryan Murphy dinner right after the gala!
