The YouTube Divorcee: Divorced and Screwed!

Tricia Walsh-Smith‘s worst nightmare became a reality on Monday.
The “YouTube Divorcee” got fucked in court!
A Manhattan judge granted her husband, rich Broadway dude Philip Smith, a divorce on the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment.
Ha!
And, rubbing salt in her wounds, she’s stuck with the original pre-nup she signed years ago – as should be.
Judge Harold Beeler said yesterday that a prenuptial agreement signed three weeks before the couple’s 1999 wedding was valid.
This means Tricia must leave the posh Park Avenue apartment she shared with Philip within 30 days and he – president of The Shubert Organization – must pay her $750,000.
Philip said after the ruling he was “sorry it had to come to this,” but, he added, “I’m happy with the decision of the judge, and I’m happy with the outcome.”
Tricia, on the other hand, was LIVID!
“I think it’s disgusting,” she said. “I’m really, really disappointed with the decision.”
She accused Smith of “basically throwing me out on the street.”
One of her attorneys said they would appeal.
This crazy bitch isn’t going down without a fight!
