The actor spent the most of Monday off the coast of Sydney showing off his JACKED bod, playing with his kids, strolling with wivey Deborra-Lee AND proving those rippling muscles in his new The Wolverine poster are 100% man-made!

The aboulus actor has inspired us to do some crunches right now!
