Erraybody LOVES Tom Hanks!
Of course, that could always change.
The actor is a worried that his rep as coolest man on the planet will vaporize like Maleficent’s body at the end of Sleeping Beauty after people see him play Walt Disney in the upcoming film, Saving Mr. Banks.
Tom revealed his reservations Tuesday night at the premiere of American Master: Inventing David Geffen, telling reporters:

“I don’t want to piss anybody off. I want to be accurate, more than anything else. John Lee Hancock is the director, and it’s really the story of Emma Thompson more than it’s about me, so, you know, I don’t want to screw up.”

Hanks is determined not to screw up by talking about conspiracy theorists surrounding Walt’s death.
When asked if there’s any truth to the urban legend that the animator had himself cryogenically frozen, he replied:

“That’s an interesting dog’s tale. It’s not true. At least that’s what I’ve been told to say.”

HA!
Well, in our book Tommy Hanks is still #1.
It’s gonna take a LOT to change that, especially when we look at this picture!
