Suing Madge

A guy claiming to be a Madonna film partner has filed a $400,000 lawsuit against her Madgesty and her manager, Guy Oseary.

Jay Dykes, Jr. asserts in a suit filed in Louisiana that Madge and Guy used financing from his firm, Dykes and Dykes LLC, to make the bomb flick Material Girls, starring Hilary and Haylie Duff, and have failed to repay the loan.

Dykes also says he was never given the co-producer credit he supposedly ‘purchased’ with the loan.

This sounds fishy!

Madge has more money than [you, your mother, your neighbor] – why wouldn’t she pay off her obligations???
