Designer Was "Misquoted" When Talking Smack About GaGa

Remember how designer Antonio Berardi was quoted last week saying some very nasty things about Lady GaGa?

Well surprise, surprise! The designer is now changing his tune and blaming the media for taking his words out of context.

Berardi says “press coverage has appeared recently about comments I supposedly made about Lady GaGa. I have been seriously misquoted in these comments”.

Suuure.

So what did he really say?

As far as music goes Antonio is “more of a Black Angels man, I have a huge amount of respect for Lady GaGa and everything she has achieved”.

And what YOU turning down Lady GaGa for a fashion collab?

He admits “creating a fashion collection is a lot of work and I was unable to collaborate with Lady GaGa on a collection because of commitments to my own label and for no other reason.”

How about the part where she’s NOT working on a fashion line!!!

But other than that, there you have it.
