Rumer Willis Looks... Interesting

Rumer Willis, what in the world are you wearing?

Just last week, Potato Head was actually looking pretty good in a black mini dress at the afterparty for The Joneses.

And unlike so many celebutards, she even managed to wear undies!

But just yesterday, Rumer was looking rather ugly boring again. The 21-year-old seemed to have been going for a Bohemian look as she went shopping with her beau in Sherman Oaks, California.

And apparently her bad taste doesn’t end at clothes, it also applies itself to ugly pillows and furniture.

Really Rumer, that skirt with the shirt alone would have been enough. Why add that Shawl on top?
