Actress and singer Kat Graham was looking hot on Sunday night at the Teen Choice Awards.
The Vampire Diaries star wore a jeweled dress by Jeremy Scott, which she paired with some knee high boots.
To complete the look Kat matched her makeup with the dress by adding rhinestones around her eyes.
