Katy Stands Out In Betsey Johnson

Katy Perry wasn’t hard to find at last night’s People’s Choice Awards.

The Firework singer snatched up two awards in a multi-colored Betsey Johnson dress and bright pink Casadei heels.

We’re pretty sure Katy is the only one that could pull this look off and she did so with flying colors.
