Kelly Rowland Brightens Up The BET Awards

Newly appointed British X Factor judge Kelly Rowland was back in the States on Sunday for the BET Awards.

The expatriate arrived at the Shrine Auditorium in Downtown El Lay wearing a hot pink Notte by Marchesa ruffled cocktail dress with nude Jimmy Choos.

We like the dress, but there’s something about Kelly’s hair that’s bugging us.
