Rumer Willis Steps Out For The Childrenz

Rumer Willis put her mama drama aside on Wednesday night to attend the 2nd Annual Autumn Party benefiting the Children’s Institute.
The 23 year old posed on the red carpet in a patriotic red, white and blue wrap dress and bright red heels.
Unfortunately, we’re not feeling this look at all. The dress is too matronly and the shoes are all wrong.
