Nina Dobrev's Choice: Emerald Green!

Nina Dobrev was one of the first celebrities to hit the red carpet at the People’s Choice Awards tonight.
The Vampire Diaries starlet stood out from the crowd in an emerald green Elie Saab dress with lace appliques on the sleeves.
We would have liked it if Nina pulled her hair back to show off all the lace details, maybe then we could decide if we like it or not.
