The starlet celebrated Independence Day frolicking around in red, white, and blue in a photoshoot for the latest issue of Parade magazine.
Miz Perry talks about her new style:

“It seems like I’ve been the candy queen for a long time, and as much as I loved creating that look, I know that if I don’t evolve people might get bored.”
