The Jersey Shore alum gave Times Square quite a view while hosting MTV‘s New Year’s Eve special Monday night.
With her back turned to the glass, Jenni unintentionally flashed her freshly tanned ass to the packed crowd watching below MTV’s New York City studio.
Thankfully, they didn’t see ALL of JWoww’s goodies because much to our surprise she was wearing panties underneath her short, sparkly dress.
