Harvey and Bob Weinstein, heads of the famous Weinstein Company, nearly missed the Golden Globes because they were busy watching the Jets game against the Patriots.
The Globes had warned guests that the doors would be locked at 4:30 PM sharp (about the time the game ended), and no latecomers would be let in.
Said Bob:
“There was no way I was going to miss a minute of the game. I’ve waited 43 years for this. We had to rush, but we just made it. It was worth it.”
You know you’re a big shot when you’ll risk missing the GOLDEN GLOBES for a football game!!
