Kelly Ripa and her husband Mark Consuelos have announced they will produce the second season Johnny Weir‘s reality show Be Good Johnny Weir.
The first season premiered on the Sundance Channel last summer, but has since moved to Logo which picked up the first season and greenlit a second.
The couple’s Milojo Prods. banner will produce 10 episodes that follow Johnny boy as he mounts his upcoming ice skating stage show Spectacular!
The figure skater explained his excitement working with the all-star couple, saying:
“I am so honored and excited to have Kelly and Mark on board with Be Good Johnny Weir! I have looked up to them for a long time and they have been two of my biggest cheerleaders so it only seems natural that our creativity comes together.”
We’re excited too! Can’t wait to see it!
