We love when cafeteria’s full of children break out into synchronized dance! Especially when Beyonc├â┬⌐ is leading the moves and its all for a good cause!
Check out Beyonc├â┬⌐’s new music video Move Your Body (above) for the “Let’s Move! Flash Workout” breaking out at a school near you on May 3rd at 1:42 p.m. eastern time!
The dance inspired workout is part of Michelle Obama‘s “Let’s Move!” campaign to end childhood obesity in America.
We’ve been talking about this for the last couple months and we can honestly say, it does not disappoint! If THIS doesn’t get you moving, we’re not sure what will!
Enjoy!
