It’s not much of a surprise that Nicole Richie got her boobs done — and no, we don’t mean she needed it or anything. Rather, we mean it’s not a surprise to hear it confirmed from close sources because when you look at pictures, you can totally tell!
Here’s what a friend of hers said:

“In the past, she said she wanted a lift, though we never thought she was serious. She’s been open about it to friends.”

Everyone began to notice when pics of her in a bikini in Mexico with friends a few days ago surfaced!
