Kristin Cavallari has been an eye-catching beauty since she first appeared on MTV’s Laguna Beach. Now nearly 7 years later, she’s only gotten better with age!
So how does the Dancing With The Stars cast-off manage to maintain that perfect figure? A “consistent” diet!
She is careful never to skip a meal, but isn’t afraid to give into temptation every once in a while, explaining:

“Don’t be too strict, because that’s when you binge eat. You have to give into temptation here and there, that’s what life is all about.”

In fact, in a recent interview at an El Lay event the young star wasn’t shy to divulge that she let loose this past weekend, saying:

├óΓé¼┼ôI ate everything! I ate this thing called a ‘Butter Cake’ from Mastro├óΓé¼Γäós last night at like midnight. Which was a really bad idea. I had penne a la vodka last night, which I don├óΓé¼Γäót typically order a bowl of pasta, I really just let loose this weekened.├óΓé¼┬¥

Despite a few indulgences here and there, Kristin is passionate about eating right and advises to “never skip meals.” While training for her appearances on the DWTS ballroom floor, she ate all the time, sharing:

“During dancing I was always eating and snacking. I’m a big breakfast fan and I feel like you have to keep eating throughout the day because otherwise your metabolism will slow down.”

Great advice, Kristin! We need fuel for our body and can’t deprive ourselves, especially if we are engaging in high energy workouts.
However, it’s important to fuel the body with healthy food as much as possible. Although, as Kristin knows all too well, there can always be a few late night exceptions!
