The Dancing With the Stars family isn’t as close-knit after the show is over as you may think! At least not in Harry Jowsey‘s experience!
Fans will recall the Too Hot to Handle star competed on Season 32 of the ballroom competition series alongside pro Rylee Arnold in 2023. He grew really close to everyone in the cast at the time, but Harry is now no longer friends with any of them! Wow!
You won’t find him upset about it, though! In fact, quite the opposite! He is actually happy they aren’t in his life now! Damn! The 28-year-old television personality told fellow DWTS alum Danielle Fishel on the Teen Beat podcast on Wednesday that he had “the best experience ever” on the show, calling it “so rewarding and amazing.” Harry added:
“I had the best time. Everyone was really lovely, and then they weren’t.”

The influencer explained DWTS is very time-consuming to the point where it “deletes every plan and everything that you have.” And naturally, when you are around the same people every single day for weeks, you are bound to get close. However, by the time the next season started, he noticed “a lot of the people would not text me back or unfollowed me.” But what hurt him the most? None of them, except Sasha Farber, reached out to him after his dad passed away in December 2024:
“And actually, the biggest thing that upset me the most is when my dad passed, no one texted me, and I was really close to them. No one had texted me apart from Sasha [Farber], and I was like, OK.”
The “horrible” situation made him question his friendship with the DWTS cast. He continued:
“I’m kind of glad that I’m not friends with any of them.”
Hmm. It sounds like the cast, or at least the pros, picked a side after whatever supposed drama happened between Harry and Rylee, who no longer follow each other on Instagram, amid those showmance rumors — and it wasn’t his!! However, we understand his frustration and hurt! You would think some would have sent their condolences, even if they were no longer great friends.
Harry went on to say he even saw one of his castmates at the gym, but they did not acknowledge his loss:
“But when I posted the photo, like, and my dad’s passed, they just like it. And I’m like, I would have moved mountains. If it was you, I would have been there. So I think that’s why I’m like, I’m kind of glad that that chapter [is behind me].”
Despite everything, Harry insisted that “it’s all good.” And while he knows his comments could get him in trouble, he said:
“I don’t really care.”
Harry apparently isn’t afraid to burn a few bridges when it comes to the DWTS cast! What are your reactions, Perezcious readers? Let us know in the comments!
