Killer Whale Born At Sea World!

After all the news of killer whales dying at SeaWorld in Orlando, Florida, this comes as a welcome change!
Katina, a 34 year old female gave birth to her seventh calf on Saturday night.
According to SeaWorld, the baby is seven feet long and already weighs 350 pounds! Thats one big baby!
It is the sixteenth baby born at SeaWorld.
Oddly enough, Katina’s first calf, Kalina, was the whale which died last week while the baby’s father is the whale that drowned a trainer in February.
While it’s good news for the park, the calf certainly comes from a family with an troubled history.
We hope this one turns out alright though!
