Giant panda Lun Lun is expecting!
The cuddly panda should be giving birth within 10 days to two weeks and Zoo Atlanta is excited since this would be the first panda born in the U.S this year!
Giant pandas are endangered, therefore another birth is exciting news to them.
Lun Lun was artificially inseminated by 13-year-old panda Yang Yang on June 13th, after they failed to mate naturally.
This is great news for the zoo and the panda population.
Let’s keep these pandas coming!
