Actually, there are three!
Pictured above is a Mexican Xoloitzcuintli (left) and a Norwegian Lundehund (right), while the third new breed is called an Entlebucher, all which are recognized as new breeds by the American Kennel Club.
Xoloitzcuintli’s are said to radiate heat from its hairless body providing not only warmth but relief from arthritis.
A norwegian Lundehund has 6 toes on each paw and was specifically bred for hunting puffin birds on remote cliffs.
Last, but not least, the Entlebucher is probably best suited as a family dog because it has a type-A personality and always strives to please its owner.
They all sound like great dogs and we can’t wait to meet each breed in person one day!
Would U want to own any of these new breeds?
