PETA QUICK TIPS: Save Animals with Social Media
Whatever you do online—surfing, blogging, shopping, e-mailing, using instant messenger, etc.—you can add a component to help animals:
-Put a dash of wisdom into every e-mail you send by including a kind, inspirational, or meaningful quote in your e-signature, such as: “The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated.” ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£Ghandi
-Animal-friendly e-cards are fun and easy ways to speak out.
-If you have a Web site, activism is as easy as adding a link or a banner. We have dozens to choose from online. Also consider streaming one of our videos on your page or profile.
-Make a statement with every instant message you send or every profile image you have on social network sites by choosing one of PETA’s buddy icons or avatars to show off your personality. We have dozens to choose from, so you are sure to find one that represents you perfectly!
-CONNECT WITH PETA ON FACEBOOK, TWITTER, & CO..: http://www.peta.org/community/default.aspx
