Sad…something needs to be done for Cisco and his owner, Michael Paxton.
Paxton and his Blue Healer were playing in the backyard in Austin, TX when the owner went to his truck for a second.
That’s when he saw Officer Thomas Griffin, who pulled a gun on him.
Griffin was responding to a domestic disturbance call, which was actually next door.
The faithful Cisco came to the front yard after the commotion and barked at the officer to let his owner go.
That’s when Griffin opened fire on Cisco, killing him in the process.
The cop’s DASH cam caught the exchange on tape and Paxton can be heard asking Griffin why he shot his dog. While Austin police have apologized to Paxton, an apology won’t be bringing his dog back.
Paxton has started a Facebook page, Justice For Cisco, which already has over 36,000 likes.
He has asked for no ill comments toward the officer.
