Animal Rescuer Dies From Dog Attack

23 year old Rebecca Carey was killed at her Decatur, GA home, mauled by her dogs.
A friend found Carey’s body after she failed to show at an animal clinic. Carey had five dogs living with her at the time of her death, including a pit bull she owned for six years.
The former college student was known for taking in abandoned dogs.
All five dogs were euthanized.
