Hilary Duff Gets Flowers From The Papz On Her Birthday, Takes Pup To Vet

Happy Birthday, Hilz!
The Disney starlet turns 24-years-old today.
Earlier in the day, Hilary was spotted with her sister Haylie Duff heading to the vet’s office with their adorable pup.
But on the way there, a paparazzo did something nice (for a photo op of course) and gave Hilary a bouquet of flowers to celebrate.
As for the baby bump watch, still no major bump in sight!
