We LOVE Disney, like a lot.
That said — WTF is this??
The magical corporation just introduced it’s newest princess, Sofia the First.
No, no, we’re NOT announcing Disney’s newest animated movie – just the princess! This princess is gonna skip the whole “movie” thing and go straight to the Disney Channel movies, TV series and (of course) merchandise!
Why start a whole new princess when they have TEN hot ab fab princesses already? The answer is simple: they’re too damn old!!
That’s right! Research shows this generations of kiddies wanna see people their own age.
Disney executives say that Sofia the First will focus on learning and what it says are age-appropriate themes — but, will still include ├óΓé¼┼ôplenty of pretty dresses and sparkly shoes.├óΓé¼┬¥ Thank gawd!
For now we’ll reserve our opinion of little Sofia until her episodes air and her backpacks are in stores.
