Rock ‘n’ roll legend Chubby Checker recently filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against Hewlett-Packard, claiming a smartphone app they published under the musician’s name did ├óΓé¼┼ôirreparable damage and harm├óΓé¼┬¥ to his reputation.
The Chubby Checker App, you see, estimates the size of a man’s package… and we aren’t referring to the kind UPS delivers!
Through some miracle of science, it uses a dude’s shoe size to determine what size drill bit he keeps in the tool box, if you know what we mean!
And, if you don’t know what we mean, let us spell it out:
Penises! We are talking about penises! Their length! Width! Girth! The whole nine yards inches!! HA!
We totes understand why the 71-year-old Twist singer is horrified to see his legacy twisted by a penile punchline, but… what an epically HIGHlarious punchline it was!
UPDATE: Chubby Checker spoke publicly about his legal dramz. He said:
“I don’t want people to go around calling me a penis.”
Well, there you have it! He’s a singer, not a schlong!
