Oscar Pistorius Breaks Down In Court After Being Charged With One Count Of Murder

Oscar Pistorius‘ legal DRAMz have officially begun!
The paralympian appeared before a judge today in Pretoria after he allegedly murdered his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp yesterday, and as soon as he was charged with one count of murder, he couldn’t do anything else but CRY.
Prosecutors are currently looking to affirm if Reeva’s murder was planned, or if it just happened out of spite.
Pistorius is claiming that he shot her because he thought she was an intruder, but police is saying that’s BS because he has been charged with “previous allegations of a domestic nature.”
Oscar is set for a bail hearing for Tuesday and Wednesday, but until then, he’s gonna be chillin’ in his jail cell.
