Hot DAMN!
Oscar Pistorius has been trying to defend the heck out of himself in court claiming that the murder of his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp was an accident, but judge Desmond Nair thinks thats total BS, and is now charging him with premeditated murder.
On Tuesday, Pistorius cried in court after saying:
“I fail to understand how I could be charged with murder as I had no intention to kill my girlfriend.”
But evidence is finding that Oscar attached his prosthetic legs and then managed to shoot Reeva FOUR times through a locked bathroom door.
The paralympian is claiming that he heard noises in the bathroom on the morning that he killed Steenkamp and a “sense of terror overwhelmed [him],” which led him to open fire because his girlfriend wasn’t in bed with him.
However, even with his more than guilty statements, Oscar’s lawyer, Barry Roux said:
“This is not murder.”
We don’t know how something so horrific like intentionally shooting someone through a bathroom door is NOT murder, but hey, a lawyer has do what a lawyer has to do!
The prosecutors are currently going over the affidavits to determine how to handle Pistorius’ case. The next hearing is set for tomorrow.
