On Broadway!!!
The critically acclaimed masterpiece that is Cameron Mackintosh‘s re-imagined Les Mis├â┬⌐rables stage production — the same production that inspired Tom Hooper‘s award-winning film — is coming to the Great White Way in March of 2014, to be housed at one of the Shubert theaters!!
Chairman of The Shubert Organization Philip J. Smith recently shared:
“We’re thrilled Cameron is bringing LES MIZ back to Broadway, where it’s been a huge success, not once, but twice. Both times in Shubert theaters. In 1985, Bernie Jacobs, Bob Wankel and I went to London to attend the world premiere. We knew that night Cameron had created something great. We were right.”

SOSOSOSOSO excited about Les Mis returning on HOME where it belongs!!
And seriously, Anne should consider playing Fantine! She can obviously handle singing live as evidenced by her performance in the film…
But we doubt she’d leave her fancy LA life for the hard-knocks world of NY theater (HA.)
Good thing Scarlett Johansson will probably be willing to take her place!
