With Britney Spears and L.A. Reid not returning for X Factor’s season three, their seats at the judges’ table are now waiting to be filled!
Out of the countless number of celebs to choose from, just who does XF head honcho, Simon Cowell, have in mind??

Reportedly, Simon has already put a $20 million offer on the table for them to team up to join the show!!
A source revealed:

“Simon sees it as a brilliant pairing. Katy’s sassy, honest and a huge star, while John’s more reserved. Having them as rivals would be genius – if they had on-air bust-ups, it’d be unmissable.”

But what if they face a nasty break up?! Would it get more viewers to tune in or completely dismiss the show?
While nothing’s been confirmed, it sounds like this could be a possibility!
Though, previous reports have stated that Cheryl Cole might end up joining this season, along with Ne-Yo!
