In the latest installment of Lindsay Lohan’s legal saga, jail seems more and more like an inevitable outcome for the troublesome redhead…
Cause now her ex-assistant Gavin Doyle is working with the prosecution as their key witness AGAINST his former employer!
Gavin is the same assistant who allegedly told cops Lindz WAS driving the Porsche that smashed into a 18-wheeler last June, after she had claimed HE was behind the wheel, thus sparking the lying-to-cops-case.
One trial insider reveals:
“Gavin was formally subpoenaed by prosecutors last month. He was the passenger in the Porsche Lindsay was driving when the car accident happened last summer.
Gavin has been cooperating with prosecutors and will testify that Lindsay was driving the car that day. He will tell the truth, because he has nothing to hide. He has been extremely concerned for her health and well-being.”
It makes sense that Gavin would turn against Lindz; she did FIRE him in a rather uncouth,VERY public manner after her NYC club brawl!
AND he is the only person besides Lindsay herself who knows the truth about the Porsche-drivers’ identity.
VERY intrigued to see how Lindsay’s totally competent lawyer Mark Heller is going to handle THIS volatile new twist!
