Teen Diagnosed With Bone Cancer Dies After Getting Prom Wish

This is so beautiful, yet so sad.
Katelyn Norman died of aggressive bone cancer earlier today, but before she took her peaceful journey into heaven, she had one wish that she wanted to conquer — going to her prom.
Unfortunately for the late 14-year-old, on the day of the prom, she had trouble breathing, so because she couldn’t go, the event came to her!
We’re happy that Katelyn was able to get her prom wish, but we’re filled with soooo much sorrow because she is no longer with us.
Before Norman actually passed, her mother Kristi Buckner said:

“The Drs. have sedated Kate. We pray she goes peacefully in her sleep.”

And we hope she did too.
