Kim Zolciak Got Botox & A Nose Job???

Girlfriend is looking brand new!!
Kim Zolciak attended the 2013 Upfronts event in New York City last week, and while she appeared to-die-for, there’s a reason why her look was oh-so-fresh.
According to Dr. Raffi Hovsepian of RHMD Plastic Surgery in Beverly Hills, The Real Housewives of Atlanta star has had some WERK done, he said:

├óΓé¼┼ôIt looks like Kim has had a rhinoplasty with tip refinement. Her lips look like they have been augmented and her forehead has no creases which leads me to believe she has had a lot of botox as well.”

Hovsepian has never worked with Kim before, but considering that his expertise is plastic surgery, he knows when someone has had a little nip and tuck.
We’re just glad that Miz Zociak didn’t do anything extreme because we wouldn’t want her looking cray!!
